Reviews

Several years ago...

Harvard School of Business published a report that stated that about 35 customers quietly stop shopping at any particular business while 1 customer takes the time to complain. They also states that if they really like a business that they'll tell about 1 other person but if they don't like a business they'll tell 17 people. So, keep these facts in mind while you're checking out beauty schools on the web. It may look like there is little participation by customers or students leaving reviews for beauty schools but there is really a lot more going on in the background. Also, customers (and students) tend to only leave feed back about experiences that really, really impressed them or that made them really, really angry. Then, there are always those bogus reviews by friends of the school owner, and there are the other bogus reviews by friends of the competing school. Bogus reviews typically have very little information and are purposely vague because it is the actual rating, or percentage, that they're really after. There does come a time though where the shear numbers tell the story.
